I also enjoy working with women and pregnancy-capable people to understand how their mental health and reproductive health journeys are intertwined. I create a compassionate space for clients who have experienced MDD, infertility, and perinatal loss, including abortion and miscarriage.

I was born and raised in Queens New York. I currently reside in Brooklyn. I’m not really a fan of the term African American because my lineage is a bit more complex than that. So I will say I’m an Afro-Native American and extremely proud of it. I attended Queens Borough Community College where I earned an Associates Degree in Science with a concentration in Preforming Arts to pursue a career as a Music Therapist. I then attended Long Island University Brooklyn and earned a Bachelors Degree In Psychology with a Minor In Sociology and Anthropology. I received my Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Alfred University.

I am a proud cisgender gay man from Suriname with Guyanese heritage, enriched by a cultural tapestry woven with Caribbean, West Indies, and South American norms.
