As a therapist, I create a safe, trusting space- utilizing a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to ensure clients feel understood as they build clarity, confidence, motivation, and direction. I use a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques.
