My clients are women or couples who are healing from stress, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and binge eating. They are clearing up job problems, family dynamics and resolving eldercare issues. They need to express their feelings, concerns, fears, ideas, and goals and get the support and guidance they want to accomplish those goals. They are developing coping skills to become calmer, more hopeful, happier, more confident and successful people in their day to day lives. I provide in person therapy or Zoom/Telehealth therapy for your convenience.
I specialize in counseling women ages eighteen to ninety-five who are struggling with their relationships, difficult life circumstances and emotions. I am an experienced compassionate and empathic therapist and enjoy sharing my knowledge with my clients. We will incorporate deep breathing skills, mindfulness and other exercises for anxiety reduction.
I am available for an initial phone consultation so you can feel relaxed and comfortable working together on reaching your goals. Since the outbreak of Covid, everyone's anxiety has increased. Our job is to work together to develop new coping skills and not only get through these difficult times but thrive in our relationships, at work and at home.
