I work in a Jungian way, recognizing that we are spiritual beings on a human journey. When problems arise in our lives, we have an opportunity to more fully understand who we are and what life is asking of us. Learning the tools with which to continue on the path in a more fulfilling way is the goal of the work I will do with you: to discover new possibilities within your own reservoir of coping and problem solving skills.
My practice focuses on working with individuals, couples, families as well as groups. I also facilitate workshops and presentations on a variety of topics, including stress and coping with change, mindfulness and communication.
For those experiencing anxiety, stress, depression or PTSD, I incorporate the use of sound therapy with quartz crystal singing bowls. The sound vibrations balance the chakras, or energy centers, as a gateway to healing psyche and soul. I am frequently accompanied by a therapy dog.
