People enter therapy for a variety of reasons; a crisis, a loss , a sense of disappointment about themselves or their lives. There are as many reasons as there are individuals but what unites them all is a need for relief from their pain. I believe that every individual has the ability to work through and overcome the obstacles that have kept them in destructive patterns in their lives. I have had over 25 years of experience working with people in recovery, their family members, and individuals struggling with depression and anxiety and individuals whose relationships don't ever seem to work out.

I am a firm believer that any person or couple can benefit greatly from therapy. There are those that are resistent to confronting their own issues, but my demeanor and personality helps put every patient at ease with themselves during their time with me.

Life presents its challenges to all of us. What leaves us feeling anxious, depressed, angry or stuck is our thoughts and beliefs about what life has laid before us. When you can begin to view these challenges with an increased sense of awareness and acceptance it becomes much easier to skillfully navigate through life's obstacles.

As a psychotherapist, I have provided a safe, empathetic and understanding space to share and discuss concerns. Our therapy sessions will be filled with compassion and care. Therapy is a difficult journey to begin, let alone, when a person decides they need to open old wounds with a complete stranger. I personally believe that clients are all unique in their own way. I always feel honored to be able to help treat my clients. I have made it part of my life to continuously learn and grow within the psychotherapy field to increase personal healing and help transform each and every client into the best version of themselves.

I have dedicated my clinical work to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals across all age groups facing serious, complex mental health challenges. I have developed extensive expertise in treating a wide range of conditions, including suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviors, trauma and PTSD, emotion and behavioral dysregulation, eating disorders, depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders and ADHD. Through evidence-based interventions and a holistic approach, I aim to guide individuals towards greater resilience, self-awareness, and overall well-being.

I am currently not accepting new patients. I focus my practice towards children and adolescents with a variety of stressors. I am known for my gentle, empathetic and warm approach with my clients and do my best to meet my clients where they are. I want to help my clients find their inner strength and to identify, work towards and reach their goals.
