Welcome. If you or a loved one are feeling down, sad, anxious, or maybe concerned that you are drinking too much or about drug use, marital issues, or are just going through a difficult stretch and want someone to help sort it through, I provide individual, couple, or family therapy for adults and adolescents. My goal is to explore your concerns, identify strengths, and use a combination of evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy strategies, compassion, and insight to help you achieve your goals and improve your quality of life. We will focus on resolution of current symptoms, and understanding the big picture.
I will welcome you into a safe and non-judgmental place where you can explore what it could be like to find the freedom to live your life with self-compassion while taking full responsibility. I believe therapy can help you find a sense of peace in your life because you are able to identify your own power, your own wisdom and really focus on what brings your life joy. If your family is experiencing difficulties then family therapy is a necessary first step toward finding a more harmonious family life.
