I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and philosophical concepts to help clients create coping strategies and make lasting changes. In sessions, I concentrate on establishing trust and providing a safe space where clients can express their emotions freely. I offer online therapy using a computer, tablet or smartphone.
