Life can seem unfair or painfully lacking in richness, hindering our full potential. Therapy with me is very much growth oriented, forward moving, a collaborative process within a supportive environment. Personal needs and goals are integrated with awareness, enhanced self-worth, depth and clarity.
Depression, grief, pervasive unhappiness, vicarious and micro-trauma, personality issues are frequently addressed in depth. I have a particular interest in providing services to health care providers.
In addition to hospital experience I hold recognition as a Diplomate and Clinical Specialist by American Mental Health Counselors Association; research with National Institute of Mental Health Credentialing project, teaching clinical students, advance 3 year practicum psychodynamic (interpersonal-relational) psychotherapy, VA Medical Center /Hospital.
