Therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and relational. What if you could find freedom from feelings of anxiety and depression. People are naturally motivated toward healing and recovery, and that an alliance with a supportive therapist, with whom you feel safe and comfortable, can facilitate this process. There is no template or single method that I use in my practice. Instead, we will determine the pace and style that is best for you.
