I am a dedicated social worker in the mental health field. I have over 16 years of experience in mental health. I believe that each person has the ability to heal. Healing happens in the context of a good relationship. I come from a biopsychosocial and person centered model using a solution focus and motivational interviewing approach in addition to other practice skills I have outlined below.
