, life transitions, life balance, relationship and marital issues, family issues, ADD, school problems, grief, emerging adulthood/launching, anxiety, self-esteem, loneliness, and managing stress/challenges, especially those related to chronic health conditions such as food allergies.
I help clients push through challenges to find fulfillment, well-being and balance in love, work and play. I offer warmth, openness and honesty in order to co-create trust and curiosity about the challenges clients face. I listen deeply, with compassion and help facilitate self-awareness, change, empowerment and growth. My approach is relational and psychodynamic, but my practice is eclectic. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. I am an Emotional Literacy Coach and Master Trainer through Yale's Center for Emotional Intelligence, helping clients build skills in communication,
