We all have strengths that make us unique, and in my therapy practice I strive to help clients identify their skills to set realistic goals for themselves. I have been in practice since 2013 primarily in community mental health settings, and I have worked closely with adults, couples, adolescents, and families struggling with challenges that include (but are not limited to): anxiety, depression and anger, grief and trauma, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, gender identity, LGBTQ issues, emotion regulation, low self-esteem, poor concentration, poor body image, career transitions and life stage adjustment.
