I work best with Individuals and couples in recovery from addiction as well as those families and friends affected by the chaos born of addiction. I work often with those who are in the midst of big life transitions; with self esteem issues; and individuals and couples who have difficulty with intimacy. I have practiced Meditation for over 15 years and use the great gifts of that practice often in my work. I use my training in Gestalt, Imago for couples, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies and am excited to learn about neuroplasticity and the new somatic or body oriented trauma therapies.
I intend for our work together to help you to live wholly and happily, with a freer sense of self, of belonging and purpose.
