As an Afro-Latina female clinician, one of my passions is to serve people in my community and to help them find meaning in their lives. I employ an integrative approach to therapy to meet individual needs. This means that I integrate various techniques from several modalities to meet you where you are and help you achieve deep healing. The approaches that I use most often are Psychodynamic, Narrative therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
