I work collaboratively with my clients to optimize their levels of happiness and minimize their levels of emotional distress. Utilizing cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and behavior therapy (BT), EMDR, and components of DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) in a supportive, validating, non-judgmental environment, I assist my clients in overcoming anxiety, depression, bipolar symptoms, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, eating disorders, and personality disorders, among other issues. I also conduct various types of psychological assessments, including forensic psychological evaluations and immigration exemption evaluations.
