I believe the therapeutic relationship can offer a space for healing and personal transformation. My work is motivated by the belief that exploring and attending to past wounds can allow us to meet our present experience with acceptance and move forward from a place of wholeness and authenticity. I approach our work as an evolving creative collaboration, prioritizing safety and trust. In my practice I support individuals grappling with grief and loss, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and challenges related to identity. I offer affirming psychotherapy for adults in the kink/BDSM and polyamorous/non-monogamous communities.

Emotions make us who we are, but sooner or later, the world teaches us ways of dealing with feelings that end up hurting us. We devise brilliant adaptations to belong, achieve, or survive, only to find out one day that those solutions have become a problem. If we learn (as most of us do) that some of our emotions are unwelcome, "wrong," or "too much," we also learn to avoid them, suppress them, panic about them, project them onto others, numb them with addictions, drown them out with love or accolades, or shame ourselves for them. Our adaptations can accumulate until what once looked like a haven can start to feel like a cage.

Many people become so used to carrying emotional pain, supporting others, and handling life on their own that they forget what it feels like to feel supported themselves. Over time, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, burnout, and difficult experiences can leave people emotionally drained, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode. Therapy provides a compassionate and judgment-free space to process emotions, rebuild self-worth, strengthen resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and begin creating meaningful healing, balance, and lasting personal growth.

It can be challenging to process all sorts of mixed emotions, as they wear you down in your personal and professional life. You may even begin to have self-doubts, struggling to move forward with your goals. The process of navigating these challenges on your own can be confusing, drowning, and overwhelming. I will work with you to build a collective space where we explore your concerns together, understand your emotions, and help you reestablish meaningful connections with others. I see therapy as interactions where you will be empowered to confront reality and appreciate yourself as a whole.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you're carrying emotional weight you can't quite name? Maybe you're stuck in patterns that don’t make sense, and they won’t go away. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I help adults work through the things that keep them stuck such as old wounds, stress, anxiety, or just the sense that something isn’t quite right. I use a therapy approach called EMDR therapy blended with parts work, which helps people heal from past experiences that are still affecting how they think, feel, or relate to others today.

Are you finding it hard to communicate, manage anxiety, or navigate relationships in a way that feels good to you? Do you feel tired from trying to keep everything together on your own? Maybe you’re wondering if you deserve more care, more compassion, or more space to breathe. You’re not alone, so many people today are trying to find their footing and figure out where they truly belong.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many people come to me feeling anxious, frustrated, stuck, or simply tired of carrying things alone. My role isn’t to judge or tell you who to be. Instead, I offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and discover new ways of relating to yourself, your emotions, and the people around you.

Are you feeling hopeless or overwhelmed? While there are always factors outside of our control, therapy can help us to reconnect with our values and to find meaning, joy, and hope.
Many of my clients are over-thinkers, preoccupied with self doubt or what ifs. In our work together, I’ll help you cultivate a new relationship with yourself that’s rooted in groundedness and self-compassion.
I also know that emotional pain often shows up in the body. Chronic pain, tension, or unexplained symptoms can be natural responses to stress and trauma. Together, we can explore the mind–body connection and help you regulate your nervous system.

Sometimes life does not seem to go how you would like it to. It may feel like everything is building up and you may explode into tears. Perhaps it seems as though the more you have going on the more you feel like not doing anything at all and when you aren’t doing anything you still feel like you should be doing something. Sometimes we find ourselves being overworked and underappreciated not only by other people around us but within ourselves as well.

You might feel overwhelmed, tense, or unsure of your next step. On the surface, things may look fine—but internally you’re dealing with anxiety, emotional strain, or a sense of being stuck. Relationships can feel confusing, or you notice patterns you understand intellectually but can’t seem to change.
I work with individuals—and especially men—who are thoughtful and self-aware, yet still feel disconnected, overburdened, or caught in repeating cycles. Many of my clients come in wanting not just insight, but a way to actually feel different in their day-to-day lives.
