My belief in the process of therapy is working to truly understand who you are, and allowing your genuine self to thrive. As your therapist, together, we could work through the fears and doubts, the anxieties and feeling trapped in your own mind, the feelings of hopelessness, the anger from knowing you are holding yourself back, or any struggles that you may be living with.

I enjoy working with teenagers, adults, elders, and people of all sexual identities. I also very much welcome couples who need help with issues including, but not limited to, infidelity, as well as sex related struggles.
