I have been in private practice in Westchester and NYC for over thirty years, doing psychodynamic psychotherapy and Jungian analysis. I work with patients on a deep level to increase insight in order to establish a more flexible and integrated personality, which promotes successful relationships, a more satisfying work life, and personal creativity.
Through face-to-face dialogue, I focus on the current life situation as it manifests in symptoms, conflicts and inner struggles. I use dreamwork, memories, images and active imagination to help patients gain a broader and deeper consciousness and an increased sense of meaning to their lives.
In addition to my therapeutic practice with individuals, I occasionally offer experiential dream groups. The dream group process promotes personal growth through the interweaving of intra-psychic, interpersonal and transpersonal dimensions.
