’s issues, self-esteem, trauma and the physical effects of stress, as well as immigrant and persons of color issues coupled with my South Asian background, allows me to have a unique perspective in the field of therapy that can help guide you through difficult times.
I know it’s not an easy process to find a worthwhile therapist. Allow me to be direct so that you can decide if I am the right person to help you. My work focuses on more than just your emotions. I’m a psychotherapist who works holistically to help people unpack their personal complexity. As we talk through the struggles you are facing, we will look at your behavior, thoughts, your history, your physical environment as well as your cultural environment and how all of these relate to each other in our session. I am trained in person-centered therapy with a focus on anxiety, stress and trauma.
