My approach to psychotherapy is supportive and collaborative, as I help individuals and families gain the strength to help themselves. I have experience helping children and adults with school- and work- related problems, behavioral difficulties, disabilities, grief and loss, and interpersonal challenges, as well as mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. I practice play therapy with younger children to help them work through their emotions and experiences and to role play new coping skills. With older children and adults, my focus is on making connections between thoughts, feelings, and behavior.
