My goal is to create a supportive environment for clients to explore their problems, change unhealthy patterns, and find effective solutions. Healthy relationships where we feel close, connected, and understood by each other are important for overall happiness. Through therapy, I help clients effectively communicate, gain understanding of each other, and move past hurtful experiences. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflict. Over the past ten years, I have gained extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families.
