"The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination. " - Carl Rogers. If there was any curiosity about my style of therapy, then I hope that Rogers has given you some clues. One of the most valuable experiences in life is when a person can experience a change in the face of adversity. Helping others to realize that this change is possible has been one of the greatest rewards of being a therapist. Inspired by Rogers all those years ago in graduate school, my approach has always been person-centered while utilizing CBT interventions and occasional strength-based strategies in therapy.
In private practice for over 25 years, I have provided services to children, adolescents, adults and couples who are struggling with inner turmoil and the challenges of everyday life.
