I understand how difficult it can be for some to ask for help. Whether you're considering entering therapy for the first time, or have prior experience, the first priority is on developing a sense of safety in the therapy session. Once a trusting connection is developed, I allow the client to identify their own goals. I believe therapy is about change, but the type of change we work toward and the pace with which we work, is determined by the client. I provide support and guidance in this process.

I’m a holistic and systems therapist who uses earth based modalities, IFS, EFT, Gottman, EMDR, DBT, somatic practices and family systems.
Accepting clients for May 2026! I work with entrepreneurs, creatives, spiritual and high performing adults and couples with neurodivergence, HSP, a trauma history and relationship challenges. We interrupt negative relationship patterns in our work. Many of my clients are low-no contact with family of origin. If talk therapy hasn't helped you fulfill your goals then my approaches might. I offer intensive therapy sessions which are extended therapy sessions to do a lot of work in a short time. This is a great option for busy people or someone who had a life disruption. I offer parent consultations for those who want parent support.

My approach is to help you deepen your understanding of all parts of yourself: your strengths, struggles, and triggers via use of mindfulness, Sensorimotor, IFS, and EMDR, and couples therapy strategies, Healing shame, hurt, and self doubt by developing kinder ways of relating to your inner self will transform your relationship to self and your partner.
For individuals and couples: If you have ever felt that the way others see you on the outside doesn't match how you feel inside, then you are not alone. Most of us are able to get through the day, but beneath a high functioning exterior, we may struggle with self doubt, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and unresolved experiences from childhood that just won't relent. The need to keep these hidden is exhausting, stressful, and very lonely and can hurt you individually and in your relationships. I work with individuals and couples to heal internal wounds that are causing internal and relational pain and conflict.

I believe that each person holds within themselves everything they need to heal and grow in the ways they would like. I see the therapist's role as being one in which provides an environment of safety and care where the client can explore themselves authentically. It is through this authentic exploration, that the therapist can help the client discover how patterns and ways of being are keeping the client stuck and resulting in suffering. By bringing into awareness these aspects, the client and therapist can then work collaboratively to release the pain and explore new ways of being.

I use EMDR and IFS to help with stuck old memories.
Working on our past and how it is impacting us today can be freeing. Talking these things through, exploring where they come from, and releasing inner conflict brings healing. My specialized training in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), as well as IFS (internal family systems) helps alleviate trauma, anxiety, depression and more.

I use interventions from many different approaches including CBT, DBT, IFS, & Inner child work.
Hi, I'm Jen. I'm a queer, neurodivergent (ADHD) therapist specializing in complex trauma and attachment & what those things do to your relationships, your self-worth, and your ability to just... exist without it being so hard. The people I work with are usually pretty self-aware. They've read the books, they know their attachment style, they could probably explain their childhood to you in clinical detail. And they're still struggling, because understanding your wounds and actually healing them are two very different things.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapists
What is Internal Family Systems therapy?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a type of talk therapy that focuses on sub-personalities, or “families,” within a person, which may be made up of wounded parts and unpleasant emotions like anger and shame. These sub-personalities can come into conflict with each other and with an individual’s core Self, leaving the person feeling detached from positive traits such as the “8 C’s” of confidence, calmness, creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, and connectedness. By healing a patient’s wounded parts, a therapist aims to restore balance and bring on positive change.

How does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
An IFS therapist will work with a patient to identify their particular sub-personalities, recognize the emotions powering them, and release them. By doing so, the patient should become more able to address any underlying problems their sub-personalities may have been trying to protect them from. Ultimately, a patient discovers ways to manage internal and external conflicts on their own, through techniques such as relaxation exercises, journaling, and making charts depicting the relationships between their core Self and their distinct parts.

Does Internal Family Systems therapy work?
IFS therapy has been shown to help people address conditions such as depression, anxiety, panic, fears and phobias, trauma, and substance use disorders. Some research has also found that it can help individuals deal with symptoms of physical health conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, such as pain, everyday functioning, depressive feelings, and low self-compassion. There are some conditions for which IFS treatment, specifically discussions of one’s “parts,” may be less appropriate, such as schizophrenia or other states that involve psychosis or paranoia.

How long does Internal Family Systems therapy take?
As with most forms of talk therapy, there is no set duration or end point for IFS therapy. After becoming comfortable with a therapist and the core concepts of IFS, some patients quickly make progress. While experiences vary, most will find that it is a relatively longer-term therapy, involving months and sometimes years of sessions.
