My goal is to help you find balance and to restore a sense of control and inner strength. I believe it is important to listen and to be supportive as well as to provide guidance as you explore where you have been, where you are and where you hope to go. I believe it is important for you to set realistic and reasonable expectations of yourself as well as others. And to develop the communication skills that will allow you to share your thoughts and feelings in healthy and appropriate ways.
