I have extensive experience working with veterans living with PTSD, individuals and their family members navigating cancer treatment, end-of-life care, and grief, individuals currently living in or who have a history of abusive relationships, including coping with recent experiences of
assault
, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, and depression.
The therapy I practice aims to explore the way in which our layers of experience inform the way we interact with ourselves and the world around us. Through our work together, we will acknowledge and understand the destructive forces that often lay outside of our awareness while identifying and strengthening the constructive forces each of us embody. I strive to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment where my clients can experiment with thoughts, ideas, and perspectives to bring about clarity, confidence, and authenticity. I enjoy supporting individuals who are looking to experience a deeper understanding of themselves.
