I have never had a client say that their life has turned out as they thought it would. Life is filled with surprises, twists and turns, and sometimes just sheer pain. I work with adults 18 years of age and older. I am passionate about my work and love connecting with people. I have 29 years of experience in having the privilege of sitting with clients in their pain, hearing their stories, and offering as much hope and help possible to have them not just survive but thrive. It is always rewarding to help clients develop a new perspective to help them move forward, grow and discover joy once again.

You haven’t felt good for months. You can’t get out of your head and your thoughts are constantly racing. Your feelings are in the driver’s seat of your life instead of you. You feel like no one understands, and you’re all alone. All you want to do is change this! Yet you feel so restless, you can't be still or concentrate on one thing for very long. We want to offer you hope that it doesn't have to stay this way. It’s possible to feel whole and alive again. Your nightmares don’t have to haunt you into the day. You can have peace and connection, with yourself and with others. Your joy and energy for life aren’t gone forever.

We can't always choose our burdens, but we can choose how we carry them. Some of us learned the only way to protect ourselves was to isolate, not getting out of bed, endlessly scrolling, and pulling away from the world. Some learned to be on alert, plan for the worst, be ready to fight, and never let their guard down. The good news is we aren't destined to repeat the same patterns for the rest of our lives. Learning to trust ourselves and protect ourselves in healthy ways rather than harmful ways is possible and more available than we think. I have many years of experience with psychedelic integration therapy & integrating NOSC.

Has something felt off within yourself and you can’t exactly put your finger on what that is? Welcome to a space to explore whatever has been on your mind. I’m glad you’re here. Has a situation arose where you are having trouble finding a clear path? Let me help you alleviate some of that pressure by not necessarily finding the right or wrong decision, but by exploring what decision may be right for you.

I am in-network with Highmark WNY, Independent Health, and Univera.
Worry, sadness, and uncertainty are all normal responses to feeling that parts of your life are out of your control. Regaining peace of mind with anxiety, depression, or stress often feels like it means giving up something else: time with family or friends, hobbies, or last night's sleep. While dark humor, caffeine, and willpower may get you far, you don't have to navigate these challenges alone. I work with individuals looking to reclaim a sense of balance while coping with internal struggles and external pressures while fostering resilience and self-compassion.

I accept Aetna, Univera and Fidelis for individual therapy.
Healing from trauma can feel overwhelming, especially when it seems like you’re carrying pain that wasn’t your fault. Part of this process often includes grief, grieving the love, safety, and experiences you may never have received but deeply needed. Many of the struggles we carry don’t just come from our own experiences, but from those passed down through generations. Together, we can gently unburden these inherited wounds, honoring where they came from while creating freedom to live differently. I believe that while you didn’t choose your wounds, you do have the power to choose healing and in that choice lies your strength.

Its a big step to decide to seek out support. All of us struggle with different aspects of our lives and therapy is a way to make sense of these struggles, past and present. My hope is that through this process, you can develop a better understanding of, and relationship with yourself. That may mean developing skills to manage emotions, improve communication or navigate interpersonal issues. That could mean building insight around family dynamics and experiences from the past that still cause pain. Maybe you notice things about yourself that you would like to improve upon. My role is to make space for what is important to you.
