I am a Licensed Psychologist and a Certified School Psychologist. I provide therapeutic services that help individuals manage stressful life events, improve their relationships, and increase their overall well-being. I have extensive experience treating people with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anger issues, and social difficulties, as well as in-depth experience working with adolescents and adults with disabilities.
I provide therapy that is supportive and validating, and I utilize evidence-based techniques to improve individual's coping and social skills. I offer a variety of clinical services, including individual therapy, executive function coaching, and specialized social support groups.
