I provide sex therapy and mental health services for clients in New York, Indiana, and Florida (Sex Therapy Certified). I am most passionate about working with sexual and identity concerns such as: exploring sexuality and/or gender, treating erectile dysfunction or performance anxiety, increasing pleasure, processing infidelity, exploring kink, navigating the coming out process, addressing low or discrepant sexual desire, processing sexual trauma, exploring polyamory and ethical non-monogamy, and affirming therapy for sex workers. I also have a lot of experience and enjoy doing therapy with medical professionals.

I am a trauma informed, sex positive clinician with advanced training in CBT, DBT, play therapy, and maternal mental health. I work from a strengths based perspective to help my clients navigate the complexity of relationships and day to day stressors and work towards viable solutions. I personalize and create individual treatment plans for each of my clients and help them work towards the short and long term goals they wish to achieve.

I believe in community care, liberation, growth, joy, resilience, healing, and justice. We live within various systems and institutions that impact how we navigate our lives in relation to each other. I am here to invite and support you in exploring connections to yourself, your communities, and the world around you. I am passionate about working with intersectional identities of race, gender, sexuality, and neurodivergence and focus around issues of grief and loss, trauma, transitions, and relationships (including non-traditional ones such as polyamory , ethical non-monogamy, etc.).

As a counselor who is also a certified yoga instructor, I incorporate Eastern & Western approaches into counseling sessions to complement traditional psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Relationship Counseling.

At QuIPP, we are queer, non-binary, depth-oriented, feminist, and trauma-informed. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic and we seek to explore the deep impacts of others (familial, peer, and social) on the minds and spirits of our clients. I am a psychotherapist passionate about providing individualized care to adolescents, adults, and couples. I'm a Sexual Empowerment Coach, and I also work with folks on all sorts of matters outside of sexuality. I love supporting women in being empowered sexually, and supporting LGBTQ+ folks and others outside of the conventional boxes, like those who practice polyamory or other forms of ethical non-monogamy. I also help men embrace their sexuality, and teach them how to be better lovers to women, and help people release sexual guilt and shame. I often get feedback that people can open up to me in ways they've never been able to before.

It's even more challenging and isolating when we don't have those connections to reach out to. Carrying feelings such as shame in who we are, or discomfort being in our own skin, is a weight on us impacting everyday lives and our relationships. I also specialize in working with complex trauma survivors and the many effects that can come from these early life experiences. I approach psychotherapy from a holistic & trauma-informed lens, using body-based (aka somatic), emotion-focused, mindfulness-informed approaches, with some practical tools as consented to. I'm neurodiversity-affirming as well.
