With the current stressors in life that we are all facing I believe that the root causes of difficulty are developmental or situational, circumstantial, or sometimes trauma based. I work with individuals to lighten sadness, grief or anxiety, or to gain a greater understanding of one's self in a non-judgemental, safe space.
