I specialize in strength-based psychodynamic therapy with children and teenagers. Many young people struggle with feeling big enough to hold all their feelings, values, relationships, and dreams. My approach focuses on helping children to recognize and draw from their own well of inner strength while also honoring their needs—and figuring out what to do next. As a therapist, I am warm, creative, and collaborative, using the therapy room as a safe practice space that ultimately encourages outside confidence and connection.

As a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) and a Registered Drama Therapist (RDT), in New York and Philadelphia, I believe that creativity is essential to the journey towards self-discovery and transformation. I explore patterns that may no longer be serving you, while highlighting the parts of self that are adaptive. I'm queer affirming, and work from an anti- oppressive/ trauma informed lens.
