I focus on the whole person, collaboratively personalizing care to each client’s individual needs while considering how cultural identity and marginalized experience impact mental wellbeing. I am a sex-positive, poly, kink affirming therapist and has a diverse clinical background working with LGBTQIA+, GNC, ENM, first and second generation immigrant adults and members of the BIPOC community.

The people I work with are often going through a lot — big transitions, heavy emotions, or situations that feel like more than anyone should have to handle on their own. Maybe they’re trying to rebuild stability, find some peace, or just make life feel a little less overwhelming day to day. Many are juggling mental health challenges, family stress, or the weight of past experiences while still trying to show up for themselves and the people they care about. What they really want is to feel seen, supported, and more in control of their lives again.
