My practice consists of helping my clients become more effective actors in their lives. In the service of these goals, I teach them how to become better critical thinkers, (working together on creating healthy beliefs about themselves, others, and their environments), providing the mental tools required for emotional regulation and a fulfilling life. Additionally, we work together on understanding the past and present sources of troublesome behaviors and reducing them; this approach is called Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. And, I specialize in a form of CBT called Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), used to treat OCD.

I specialize in supporting the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, helping you untangle relationship patterns and quiet the internal noise of societal pressure. If you feel like you're constantly performing or searching for where you belong, I am here to help you move from simply "getting by" to living authentically and with ease.

You’re the one everyone depends on. You manage the schedules, the emotions, the logistics, the invisible labor. From the outside, your life looks good — maybe even impressive. But inside, you’re exhausted.
I work with high-functioning, burnt-out moms who feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, and quietly resentful. You love your kids deeply, but you miss yourself. You’re tired of snapping and then feeling guilty. Tired of carrying the emotional weight in your marriage. Tired of feeling unseen.

Every day, I am inspired by the courage and strength of my clients. Bearing witness to their progress and being part of their journey of fulfillment is a profound honor. As Irvin Yalom poignantly stated, "The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help." I am here to listen, support, and guide you every step of the way, helping you embrace the here and now and unlock your inner strength. I view therapy as a collaborative endeavor, where we work in concert to uncover patterns, build coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

Attention people pleasers!
You can't just 'get rid' of anxiety. Anxiety is a smoke alarm. It searches our environment, our body, and our mind for signs of trouble. When it finds trouble, it sets off the alarm. So we need to address the fire, not the alarm. If you want to explore what it is that anxiety is trying to tell you, then I may just be the therapist for you!
