I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience providing short and long-term therapy to adolescents, adults, and couples. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and issues related to gender, sexuality, and identity. I spent six of my first ten years of clinical experience in college counseling centers and particularly enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students as they navigate this unique and challenging time in their lives.
I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the key to a successful therapy. I approach therapy with a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth style and strive to create a space where my clients can feel safe to be their true, authentic, and open selves. I use genuine curiosity, compassion and sense of humor to foster connection.
I co-founded Groundwork Therapy following a longstanding position at Fordham University’s Counseling and Psychological Services, where I held roles as Group Therapy Program Coordinator, Outreach Coordinator and Supervising Psychologist. In addition, I have a registered therapy dog who attends sessions for those clients who are interested in his company.

Groups
Therapy Group
This group is available to all adults looking to connect, relate, and deepen their self-understanding, particularly around communication, relationships, and relating to others. Group members discuss issues with depression, anxiety, relationships, stress, family, and loss. Members also observe and explore their reactions and feelings as they occur during the session to gain greater insight that can be applied to their relationships and life outside of the group.
