I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to assist you in working through the narrative that has brought you to therapy. This can include, current and past life experiences, relationship concerns, feelings of ambiguity, 'stuckness', symptoms of Depression and Anxiety. Together, we will work to create better awareness of yourself and create happier and healthier lives.
I am a NYS Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor with over 13 years experience providing comprehensive mental health and substance abuse services to individuals and families. I believe each person comes to therapy with their own narrative and I tailor each session to meet their specific needs.
I have special interest in working with relationships, patterns of behaviors, pre and postpartum experiences including grief and loss, postpartum depression, adjustment to life changes, eating disorders and anxiety. I offer in home therapy and office based therapy sessions. I look forward to meeting you!
