Rewarding personal, professional and romantic relationships are so fundamental to our happiness, yet they can be so elusive. I am a Clinical Psychologist that works with individuals, couples and families that may be struggling to find fulfillment in their relationships with themselves and others. Issues getting in the way might include depression, anxiety, loneliness, interpersonal difficulties, and PTSD. I help clients process and work through current and past life stressors and traumas, such as sexual traumas, infertility, loss, transitioning to parenthood and career changes.
I work primarily from a psychodynamic and relational perspective. I also have training and experience in CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapies and can incorporate these techniques where necessary. I strive to provide treatments that are sensitive to diverse cultural needs and have experience working with those identifying as part of the LGBTQI community.
Establishing trust and intimacy in relationships can be difficult and therapy is no exception. I create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment by listening without judgment and working collaboratively. I can help by making observations about your patterns and by providing useful strategies for change. You do not have to struggle on your own!

Groups
Trauma Skills Group
The Trauma Skills Group (TSG) is a 10 week group, focused on skill building for those who are coping with the effect of trauma in their everyday lives. The group is designed to enhance members' awareness of how traumatic events created changes in one’s relationships with self and others, with one’s engagement with their environment, and with their work, joyous activities, hobbies, and creative pursuits. In each session, members will learn new skills that will help them approach their lives’ challenges rather than avoid them, help them rediscover their joy, and cope better with pain and distress.
