Before I'm a therapist, I'm a person who loves to laugh, loves a really good workout, and not afraid to take risks! My professional life has taken me through Fortune 500 environments to small entrepreneurial ventures and almost everything in between. Life continues to teach me that being human is not always easy and that no one orientation, therapy, or approach works for everyone. I'm a strong believer in the connection between mind and body, so I'm always looking at different ways we can use our physiology to shift our psychology and vice/versa. (mindfulness, breathing, exercise, nutrition)
