After more than a decade of working with children and adolescents as a teachers assistant in nursery schools' and as a camp counselor and group leader, I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University.

I believe in creating genuine and authentic relationships through the counseling process. It is important to build trust, and I am patient when clients decide to take on this next step. It takes courage and strength to reach out for support, and I truly commend you for doing so. My approach to counseling is allowing individuals the opportunity to sit in the driver seat and take control of their destination. I see myself as the passenger where I am able to provide support and guidance, as well as new tools and techniques to assist for a smoother ride.
