She's also an experienced Problem Gambling Therapist, who focuses on helping you identify your negative emotional/behavioral triggers and support you in developing healthy coping strategies. Emotional health and stability are supported by being able to identify emotional and behavioral triggers and correcting them through assertive communication, and boundary setting.
