I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has engaged in agency and private practice for more than 40 years. I have assisted individuals and families with issues involving self-esteem, relationships, emotional regulation, bereavement, parenting, adoption , life transitions and psychiatric and physical illness. I have also been a clinical instructor and supervisor to students and professionals engaged in the various behavioral health care disciplines. Everyone has a story to tell and my role as a clinician is to help individuals with this sharing.

John Callahan has been director of outpatient programs (Crisis and traditional outpatient mental health clinic).....for 30 years and has had extensive experience working with children and families. Treatment issues have been varied and have included various forms of abuse, school issues (including phobias), hospitalization, depression, aggression, anxiety, trauma reaction, marital discord and grief and loss. He has also worked with many couples and holds certification in couples counseling.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 15 years of personal and professional experience in the Social Work Field. This way you will not have to worry about taking time to travel to and from a session, or remembering what you wanted to discuss in between sessions. I have worked with children and families for over 20 years with a specialization in behavior, behavior management plans and family therapy.
