I am an immigration therapist licensed in NY, NM and Florida. I perform immigration reports for some immigration cases including extreme hardship waivers (I-601A, I-601), VAWA, U-Visas, T-Visas, Asylum, and cancellation of removal petitions. Being an immigrant myself, I know the hardship of adjusting to a new culture, language, work field and getting legal status in the U.S. I have an extensive clinical experience working with diverse populations and ethnic backgrounds. Usually, I conduct two or more clinical interviews. These extensive interviews allow me to get the information I need to write your evaluation or your family member immigration report. I will let you decide whether the interviews would be in person at my Astoria office, online or a mix of both. Your comfort in the process is also important.
