I work with all ages and specialize with OCD , anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, and family conflict.
It is my wholehearted belief that there is no problem too grand that cannot be overcome. We hold incredible strength within us – and it is in the moments we feel most vulnerable that our strength shows its extraordinary power to help us persevere. I hope to create a warm and safe space where we can build a trusting relationship and work as a team to channel your strength and overcome your challenges.

I also specialize in women's issues, anxiety, transgender concerns, OCD and phobias using ERP, CBT, and other modalities.
I specialize in EMDR therapy and have 20+ years of experience working with adults of various ages who are experiencing grief & loss, depression, anxiety, difficult life transitions, stressful relationships, trauma and work-related issues. I strive to listen well without judgment and to tailor the therapy to my client's individual needs and goals. I realize how difficult it can be to seek therapy, and to focus and talk about the areas in your life which need attention and change, especially when you are hurting and feeling vulnerable. Of primary importance is the quality of the relationship and trust between us as we work together.

Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) Therapists
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions), or behaviors that make them feel driven to do something (compulsions). It affects children, kids, teens and adults. Often the person carries out the behaviors to get rid of the obsessive thoughts, but this only provides temporary relief. Not performing the obsessive rituals can cause great anxiety. A person's level of OCD can be anywhere from mild to severe, but if severe and left untreated, it can destroy a person's capacity to function at work, at school or even to lead a comfortable existence in the home.
