Creating a comfortable, non-judgmental space to identify, process and heal from past traumas is my primary goal for my clients. Vulnerability is often frowned upon rather than praised in society, my goal is to encourage my clients to be courageous and be able to let themselves dive into the uncomfortable by utilizing a strength-based therapeutic approach.
