We all need a space to fully be and discover our most authentic selves. A nonjudgmental space is essential in fostering the growth we desire. The choices we make are influenced by the desire to fulfill essential human needs, this includes the poor choices we make as well. Unhealthy core beliefs about ourselves or the world can result in uncomfortable emotions that push us to make undesirable choices. Frequently, core beliefs are rooted in experiences that were out of our control. By addressing the beliefs that don’t serve us we can create a new narrative that serves us well.

Whether it’s road trips, exploring nature, or relaxing at the movies, I value connection, peace, and simple joys.

Big life changes can be overwhelming. Sometimes the change is one we want; sometimes we have no control over what's happening. I specialize in helping navigate these life transitions and the struggles that can come with them, like anxiety, grief, unhealthy behaviors, or relationship stress.

Healing isn’t linear, and there’s no final destination. My ideal client knows this—they’ve held it together as best they can, yet life feels heavy. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, chronic illness, disability, racial or cultural identity, LGBTQIA+ identity, or big life transitions. They often feel disconnected from others, their body, purpose, or parts of themselves that never felt safe. They want clarity, self-understanding, and peace in a world that rarely slows down.

I primarily work with two populations: 1) men who are struggling in their intimate relationships and 2) high accountability professionals...often they are one and the same. The men I work with report growing distance in their relationships, fear that the relationship will end if they do not make changes, and, at times, that they are in abusive relationships. My clients often report high levels of success in many aspects of their lives and deep frustrations and confusion as to why they struggle in their personal relationships. Our work focuses on practical strategies they can use to make transformative changes.
