I have specific expertise in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Phobic Disorders, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and eating disorders. I also am highly skilled in working with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, life stressors/transitions, and interpersonal dynamics. I have certification in substance use disorder counseling, PMADS, DBT, Cinema Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also recently completed Phase 1 Brainspotting for trauma and utilize an attachment lens to explore our unhealed wounds that continue to hurt us and others in our lives.

I work diligently to provide a safe, comfortable, respectful counseling setting where clients focus on goals important to them. I am also trained in EMDR for addressing trauma.
