My clinical focus is on adults who need education and/or support to understand how emotional neglect, narcissistic abuse, and psychological/emotional abuse have affected their self-image, relationships, choices in partners and friends, and behavioral patterns. I work with clients who have experienced C-PTSD which develops in response to long-term trauma, abuse, and/or emotional neglect. I can also help those trying to figure out if they’re in a relationship with a narcissist or wanting to learn healthier boundaries to better manage their relationship, in any capacity, with loved ones demonstrating narcissistic traits.

However, if the condition, difficulty, or behavior is deep-seated, improvement may require many months or years of therapy.
