I am committed to helping clients; those who internalize and struggle to find their voice and those who externalize and struggle to maintain a space for themselves outside of the opinions and labels of others. I help clients develop their own value system in utilizing their voice while learning to tap into reaching their full potential, however that may look. A major barrier to reaching one's potential or to experiencing a spectrum of healing beneficial to the client, is often rooted in trauma from childhood, adulthood, or that is on-going. I specialize in examining transgenerational trauma and its continued effects on the psyche.

I work with women who are tired of holding it all together and know there has to be another way. Your life may still be challenging, and some things may not change overnight, or at all, but the way you carry it can change. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, trauma, relationship pain, grief, divorce, or a major life transition, therapy can help you meet what’s hard with more steadiness, compassion, and room inside yourself, instead of pushing so hard just to get through.

Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from themselves or the people around them. On the outside things may look fine, but internally they feel stuck, isolated, or unsure about where life is heading. Some are dealing with depression, anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions. I also work with couples who feel the distance growing between them. In therapy we slow things down, look at patterns, and develop practical ways to reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.

Have you tried therapy and didnt get the results you wanted and to try something different? Or maybe this is your first time? I use brief solutions focused techniques to assist clients who are ready to dig deep and make the changes necessary to break unhealthy cycles and thrive. I create a non-judgmental space for all clients to be their authentic selves and heal. Therapy doesn't have to be daunting. Most sessions we'll laugh, some sessions you might cry, but every session we'll work together towards your goals. I don't want to keep you in therapy forever; my goal is to give you the tools you need to succeed on your own.

Does it feel like your body and mind hit a stop sign the moment things get intimate? You might find yourself bracing for pain or totally checking out, feeling more like you're watching yourself from the sidelines. When sex starts feeling like a job you have to finish or something that physically hurts to get through, it’s natural to feel guilty or like your body is "broken". You might worry about your partner or feel like you’re losing who you are, which can be incredibly lonely. You deserve to feel safe in your own skin again, to find real pleasure, and to feel that spark of connection without the fear.

Life can become overwhelming, making it difficult to maintain important roles or relationships. That the ways you’ve managed to this point seem to have lost their impact or have become a part of the problem. These situations may leave you feeling confused, directionless, or unmotivated. It can begin to feel as if you have no traction as your confidence in who you were recedes and is replaced with pressure to “just do or be this”. The difficulty to find a way to live life on your terms, to be who you want to be, can bring on feelings of hopelessness when facing things alone.

Pain can either define us or serve as the driving force for personal growth. I have dedicated an extensive amount of time to working with children, teens, parents, and adults who struggle with impulse control, existential crises, emotional challenges, and behavioral disturbances. I firmly believe that knowledge alone is insufficient; true change goes beyond conceptualization—it requires action. Clients require proven tools to actively pursue self-sufficiency.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I utilize an integrative approach aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of the self—exploring what drives one's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My work is rooted in identifying automatic thoughts that shape perceptions and feelings, as well as uncovering the past messages and experiences that have been reinforced over time. My practice is centered on helping clients navigate the complexities of their internal and external worlds, recognizing how their environment has contributed to their current state, and empowering them to make intentional choices that align with their values and aspirations.

Jungian Therapists
How does Jungian therapy work?
Jungian therapy, also called analytical psychology, focuses on a patient’s inner experiences and unconscious mind. Exploring a person’s unconscious mind can be achieved through several means, including the analysis of memories and dreams, and through physical exercises, such as art, dance, and word association.

How long does Jungian therapy last?
Jungian therapy is an intensive treatment type. Because its goal is to understand a person as a whole, including the unconscious aspects of them, treatment can range from months to years. Since patients learn the theory behind Jungian therapy during treatment, they can also practice its tenets throughout life after therapy sessions have completed.

Is Jungian therapy effective?
According to studies, many patients find success with Jungian therapy, and the century-old treatment has a devoted following. Researchers note that the therapy is particularly useful in improving relationships, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Improvements in problem areas seem to continue even after the end of Jungian therapy, as people are able to continue working on themselves using the tools they’ve learned during the treatment.

Is Jungian therapy evidence-based?
Jungian therapy is theory-based, derived from the theories of Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist often called one of the fathers of psychology, along with Sigmund Freud. Jung developed his theories from observing the problems of patients, and developed many theories of how the mind works. Subsequent psychological research has determined that Jungian therapy can lead to significant improvement in most patients.
