You have already done something important by considering therapy. Reaching out for support is not a weakness. It is awareness, courage, and a sign that part of you is ready for something to feel different. This space is about you. Your experiences, your pace, and your healing matter here. I work with adults who are carrying grief, emotional pain, and the quiet weight of experiences they have had to survive. Many of my clients are navigating loss, anticipatory grief, caregiving stress, chronic illness, palliative, or end-of-life concerns. Others are untangling themselves from narcissistic or emotionally manipulative relationships.

If you are ready to have a life changing experience, then you have come to the right place. Therapy can take many forms. I view therapy through a collaborative lense. I want you to feel empowered to make the changes that will make your life more fulfilling. I recognize that you are unique because of the experiences you have had and that therapy is not a one size fits all. Change comes through small and simple steps. Finding joy and happiness comes through taking these small and simple steps.

Specializing in sex workers, toxic relationships, & infidelity.
The weight of living a double life is starting to feel suffocating - like you’ve been holding your breath for years, waiting for the moment everything caves in. Every interaction has you calculating what to cover up and what could give you away. Living under that pressure has left you drained and anxious. Pretending has become second nature, but it’s getting harder to pretend you don’t feel completely alone. I help women struggling with issues related to their work in the adult industry, romantic relationships, or a secret they’ve been keeping to break free from shame and take back their power. Exhale, we’re in this together now.

Couples therapy. Accept new clients. Online video sessions. You probably feel disconnected from your partner. You probably don't feel understood and heard by each other. You probably argue a lot and have the same fights over and over again without resolution. Or perhaps, there has been an affair and trust is gone. In my work with couples, I use tools specifically designed to help improve interaction and increase intimacy and emotional connection.

If you've just discovered your partner's betrayal or secret behaviors, you may feel shocked, destabilized, and unsure of what's real anymore.
Are you the one who checks out when things get tense? Maybe you go quiet, get defensive, or throw yourself into work, porn, sex, scrolling. Anything to not deal with what’s coming up. You tell yourself you’ll handle it later, but later turns into the same fight, the same shutdown, the same regret. You hate that you keep doing it, but in the moment it feels easier than staying in it. You look like you have it together. People rely on you. But your relationships don’t feel how you want them to. I work with people who are tired of repeating the cycle and ready to figure out what’s really driving it so they can show up differently.

Romantic relationships are one of the hardest things that you will ever do in your life. Communication problems, arguing, bickering can lead you to have the same type of fight day after day. You both could be using attacking or harsh words in these moments of disconnection. This leads you to more hurt and pain. Learning how to work through any problem that exists in your relationship is hardworking but possible. Issues that you might have could be letting your partner down or not meeting their expectations, money issues, parenting disagreements, lack of sex, or even working through an affair.

I love working with clients with various backgrounds. From kids to adults, single mother's who are dealing with various issues, individuals in in the LGBTQIA community, individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, couples who are trying to get back to loving each other and everyone in between. My doors and ears are open to those who need someone to talk to and/or someone to listen to them and possibly offer advice on what to do and how to handle situations. There are so many people in the world who do not have anyone they can talk to and help them with life situations, and I want to be that one they can come to.

My ideal client is struggling with sexual concerns like: low desire, erectile function, ejaculating quickly, out-of control sexual behavior (“sex addiction”), painful sex, or issues related to ethical non-monogamy. They may feel shame or guilt, but are motivated to improve their sexual health and overall well-being. They want to understand the root causes of their concerns and learn practical strategies to address them. They want to work with a therapist who is understanding, non-judgmental, and uses a holistic approach to healing informed by a social justice and a systems framework.

Call now for 100 dollars per session. Many people find themselves wondering why their partners do not understand them or why they argue over and over again about the same problems such as why their partner does not load the dishwasher right, pick up their clothes, or put the toilet paper roll on the right way (yes, there is a right way). Sometimes issues seem small, and sometimes they escalate to bigger issues. Sometimes we wonder if we are just “two different people” to be together. Sometimes we get busy with life, kids, fur babies, jobs, and we stop making each other the priority.

How does therapy for infidelity work?
A skilled infidelity therapist will provide a safe space for clients to communicate their feelings and concerns. The goal is to be completely honest about what led to the cheating and how it has affected the entire family to prevent it from recurring in the future. The therapist will help the clients work on rebuilding mutual trust and respect and developing better communication and conflict-resolution skills. If the goal is to remain a couple, clients will learn the “danger signs” for their specific relationship, and they will make a renewed commitment to be faithful.

How long does therapy for infidelity take?
Recovery from infidelity can take time, and it can vary from person to person. Generally, a therapist will want to see the clients at least once a week for around six months. Then the sessions can be arranged as needed, depending on the clients’ individual needs. While therapy may end or shift to an as-needed basis, it can take up to two years or more for some clients to fully recover from infidelity.

How does therapy help the partner who was cheated on?
When a client discovers their partner’s infidelity, their trust in the relationship and in the life they had together may be shattered. They often experience mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They don’t always want to stay in the relationship; they may feel ambivalent or may even want to leave. Therapy gives these clients a safe and healthy way to communicate all of their complicated emotions and concerns.

How does therapy help the partner who committed infidelity?
Infidelity often occurs when one or both partners’ emotional needs are not being met in the relationship. Therapy can help this client understand why they cheated and figure out how to address those unmet needs without resorting to infidelity in the future. This can lessen (but not entirely eliminate) the risk of repeated infidelity. Clients who cheat may also feel intense guilt about deceiving their partners, a sentiment that they can work through in therapy.
