Many of the people I work with feel disconnected from themselves or the people around them. On the outside things may look fine, but internally they feel stuck, isolated, or unsure about where life is heading. Some are dealing with depression, anxiety, burnout, or major life transitions.
I also work with couples who feel the distance growing between them. In therapy we slow things down, look at patterns, and develop practical ways to reconnect with yourself and the people who matter most.
