I most closely use Experiential therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), as well as
Therapy (EFT) with partnerships and families.
“Beloved community is formed not by the eradication of difference but by its affirmation, by each of us claiming the identities and cultural legacies that shape who we are and how we live in the world.” [― bell hooks, Killing Rage: Ending Racism.] In my practice, I follow a humanistic and client-centered approach. I am currently working towards certification in EMDR, and strive to be trauma-informed and social-justice oriented. My focus is in depression, anxiety, disordered eating, LGBT+ issues, ADHD, Autism, and I work with adults, children, and adolescents.
