Instead of a "quick fix" approach, I'll help you figure out the causes of your problems so they don't keep popping up. As a therapist, my approach is open and supportive. I strive to help each of my clients to identify their personal goals for therapy and guide them through the process of achieving those goals. I draw on over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families, ranging from children to the elderly, across a variety of challenges.
